Resources used for confirmation studies are the student’s own study Bible, The Small Catechism (by Martin Luther), “Faith in Daily Life” pages; Everything We Do After we say “I Believe;” What’s Up With That?: An Introduction to Faith in Daily Life.

Large group activities and small group discussion will draw on resources found on the herewestandconfirmation.org website. Students will be encouraged to make use of the student website link at that same website and may be asked to complete particular activities from that page to make up for missed class times.

The following resources are suggested to enhance and strengthen personal devotional and prayer:

• Bread for the Day 2008: Daily Bible Readings and Prayers (ELCA) (available through Augsburg Fortress Publishers)
• The Funny Shape of Faith: Devotions for the Rest of Us (available through Augsburg Fortress Publishers)
